Busting with Nutrition!

December is going to be starting up here in a few days…which is INSANE!!  Harold and I keep saying that 2016 went way too fast!  I’m told that it doesn’t go any slower, and with Kaylee the years will just fly by.  I’m feeling it already, and want to hold on to the moments just a little harder while I can.

I want to share with you guys a little of our crazy plans this holiday season (actually, we’re crazy every winter season because..well…I guess it’s just what we do).

For the last 3 years (yes, even when I was pregnant) I helped my brother-in-law do some snow removal.  I was the one that was out shoveling.  I liked it cause it was a good early-morning workout, but also it brought in a little extra money for myself.  Harold has also been doing snow removal, but he’s done it for other places in Waterloo in the past years.  This winter he gets to join his brother and myself in those snow jobs around here.  We are very excited, but I know how exhausting it gets with a full-time job.  I’ve become very uncomfortable with the amount of caffeine that we pour into our systems either through sugar coffee, or Mountain Dew.  This year I’m saying “That’s enough of that!”  I may get to bum on the couch all day with Kaylee, but Harold can’t.

So I splurged.  I’m making it so I can give my family a better way of striving through our crazy winter work.  I got myself Young Living’s Ningxia Red, and will soon be grabbing the Ningxia Zing.  I’ve known this stuff is amazing, and heard wonderful stories about this supplemental drink.  I’ve tried it in moments where support for my body was needed more, and I’ve been super impressed with how my body responded!  Now it’s time to get this stuff into our morning routine!

Ningxia Red is Young Living’s power-packed oil-infused fruit drink that provides those vital nutrients that you may not be getting in the foods you are eating today, especially in our modern American diet.  We’re filling our bodies with junk that’s not allowing us to thrive at our fullest potential!  It contains many of those dark fruits that are rich in antioxidants!  Antioxidants help protect our body from free radicals.  Free radicals damage our cells over time, and toxins can feed the growth of these free radicals.  To create the strongest defense against free radicals, we need a balance of those key nutrients in our system.

Ningxia Red contains the nutrients: Anthocyanins, Boron, Calcium, Catechin Gallate, Copper, Iron, Lycopene, Magnesium, Manganese, MSM, Phenols, Potassium, Sodium, Strontium, Tocopherols, Tocotrienols, Vitamin C, and Zinc.

It is made from the whole-fruit Wolfberry.  Did you know that the wolfberry contains every essential amino acid??  And it had 13 percent protein content?  It ranks at the highest protein level of any fruit.

Other fruits that are included in Ningxia Red are: Blueberry, Aronia, Cherry, Pomegranate, Plum, and Grape.  All provide an array of antioxidant activity that will energize, fortify, and replenish your body.

The essential oils that are used in this drink are Tangerine, Orange, Yuzu, and Lemon.  They all contain d-limonene and enhance the bursting flavor in every bottle.

So what is Ningxia Red known to do?

  • Support whole-body health and overall wellness
  • Helps maintain normal eye health
  • Supports normal cellular function
  • Contains d-limonene, a powerful component in citrus oils
  • Provides energy support
  • Helps prevent against oxidative stress

And then there’s Ningxia Zing and Ningxia Nitro!  I could probably write lots more of those guys, but instead I’ll let you digest the Ningxia Red for a while.

Now it is important to remember that along with a healthy diet, you need to be making other healthy habits as well.  Drinking plenty of water, eating plenty of nutrient-filled foods, and keeping your body moving.  Ningxia Red is a great ADDITION to these things to maintain the best help you can.  It should not replace that.  If you are using oils and not taking care of your body, heart, and mind, you are not allowing yourself to reach your fullest potential.

I am learning more and more that what God created is what our bodies were made for, and if I can continue to go further and further away from the processed and altered junk that we’re putting in our bodies every day, I’m going to spend a few extra bucks to do that.

You can go skimpy on lots of things in life, but your health shouldn’t be one of them!

Start while your healthy and maintain that health as long as you can!  If you want to ask me how you can too, I would be happy to show you this tool that I use.  There are many out there, but I know I can trust Young Living!

My friends, I want you all to live life to the fullest.  Not just going day to day and surviving til you hit that pillow at night, but I want you to dig into YOUR potential.  I want you to DIG DEEPER into the person that God created you to be.  This is a full-spectrum evaluation here!  What are you doing for your body?  Your mind?  Your spirit?  What are you doing for YOU?  How are you fueling yourself so that you can conquer anything that is coming your way?  Where is your focus set?  Where are you settling with your potential?  God didn’t create you to just sit around and get by in this life.  God wants you to enjoy every minute of it with HIM!  Are you satisfied with being settled, or are you ready to get up and become more of the person God made you to be?  Don’t be satisfied with surviving.  Don’t be satisfied with depression.  Don’t be satisfied negativity.  We serve an abundant God that will take us beyond our wildest expectations, and He provides for us to do so to the fullest!  Take care of your body.  Take care of your heart.  Take care of your life.  For me, I’ll do that with my husband: keeping our bodies healthy, our minds active, and our spirits full.  Please join me.  Let’s do this together, cause we were never made to do this all alone.

I love you all.
